Arrest or FIR enquiry: what to tell the lawyer when you call

Call the firm and state the city, police station or court, the person involved and the immediate concern. Do not rely on the information guide to obtain urgent attendance or an individual legal assessment.
Give accurate identifying information
Provide the FIR or case number and year if known, the relevant police station, and any known hearing date. Explain whether an FIR copy or order is available. Say when a detail is unknown rather than guessing.
Keep available documents together
Gather the complaint or FIR, notices, orders and a short dated account. Official Punjab Police Khidmat Markaz services include copies of FIRs; check the official service information for current requirements. Do not upload identity documents or private evidence to the public chatbot.
Confirm availability and engagement
Ask who can speak with you, what assistance is available and what documents or fees need to be discussed. An unanswered call or message is not confirmation of attendance or representation. A lawyer must review the situation before advising on bail, filings or other steps.

درست معلومات دیں
اگر معلوم ہو تو ایف آئی آر یا مقدمے کا نمبر، سال، تھانہ اور عدالتی تاریخ بتائیں۔ جو بات معلوم نہ ہو اس کا اندازہ نہ لگائیں۔ دستیاب ایف آئی آر، نوٹس، احکامات اور واقعات کی مختصر ترتیب تیار رکھیں۔
دستیابی کی تصدیق کریں
پنجاب پولیس خدمت مرکز کی سرکاری معلومات میں ایف آئی آر کی نقل کی سہولت شامل ہے؛ موجودہ شرائط سرکاری ذریعے سے دیکھیں۔ فرم سے وکیل کی دستیابی، فیس اور اگلا قدم براہ راست طے کریں۔ کال یا پیغام خودبخود وکالت یا فوری حاضری کی تصدیق نہیں ہے۔
