Qaiser Law Associates · Last updated 27 October 2026

Who to contact

This notice covers the public Qaiser Law Associates website. Contact the firm on +92 300 9648227 or through its Lahore or Sarai Alamgir office about personal information you have shared, corrections or an appropriate way to exchange records.

Enquiries and sensitive documents

Public enquiries are currently made by phone or WhatsApp; there is no website enquiry-submission form on the contact page. The firm may use the information you provide to respond, consider scope and conflicts, and discuss an engagement. Start with a brief description and callback number. Agree a suitable exchange method before sending CNIC/passport copies, financial records, private family material or case evidence.

Information guide

In prepared-FAQ mode, questions are matched in your browser and the custom guide does not save a chat transcript to the website database or local storage. Conversation text remains in the current tab until cleared or closed. If a connected AI service is enabled, the page presents its consent notice before sending your question and recent messages to that provider. Do not include confidential material in either mode.

Technical data and cookies

The hosting service and WordPress may process IP addresses, request logs and browser information for operation and security. WordPress sign-in uses cookies for authenticated sessions. The custom public theme does not add advertising trackers. Other installed services, browser tools or external destinations may have their own processing and cookie practices.

Maps and external services

Google Maps is loaded on the contact page only after you press Show Google map; opening it connects your browser to Google. WhatsApp links open an external service. Those providers apply their own privacy terms. External official-source links also leave this website.

Access, retention and requests

Do not assume this public notice sets the retention period for a legal file or a third-party service. Ask the firm how your particular records will be handled and retained. You can contact the firm to request information, correction or deletion where appropriate; legal, professional and security obligations may affect what can be done.
